A Personal Message From Phil Mitsch

Dear America,

Since the year 2004 the United States has slipped into the worst real estate market and overall economy in the history of our country. As a result many major and very serious “Financial Problems” have developed and now exist. These “Financial Problems” have literally brought and continue to bring millions of Americans and their businesses to their knees both financially and psychologically. If these “Financial Problems” are not “addressed” and “solved” very quickly then the United States is absolutely heading toward and will experience its “Second Great Depression” in the very near future. Now that’s the “Bad News”. The “Good News” is that the “Second Great Depression Can Be Avoided” and the real estate market and overall economy can actually be stabilized and gradually be put back on “positive” tracks as opposed to the “negative” ones they are currently on. The “Good News” is only possible however if new, revolutionary, and state of the art “Business Practices” are created, adopted, and then implemented.

Solutions To Ending the US Financial Crisis

In order to get the real estate market and overall economy back on “positive” tracks many new, revolutionary, and state of the art “Business Practices” must be created, adopted, and then implemented by 1) the government, 2) the legal industry, 3) the investment industry, 4) the lending industry, 5) the mortgage insurance industry, 6) the real estate industry, 7) home buyers, and 8) home sellers. In order to create the type of “Business Practices” I am referring to, we desperately need Americans who have the “Knowledge” of the “Reasons” why the United States has slipped into the worst real estate market and overall economy in history.  More importantly we desperately need Americans who have the “Knowledge” of the “Solutions” that will result in getting our real estate market and overall economy stabilized and gradually back on positive tracks.  As humbly and sincerely as I can say it I am one of the Americans who has this “Knowledge”.

I can no longer sit back, as a private citizen doing private home buyer, home seller, real estate industry, and lending industry seminars, and watch this once great nation continue to fall to its’ knees both financially and psychologically. The “Financial Problems” that our real estate market and overall economy are now facing are “monumental” and, as I indicated if they are not addressed and solved very quickly then the United States will experience its’ Second Great Depression in the very near future.
