How To Give A listing Presentation
There are 14 Procedures that Real Estate Listing Agents must learn to perform in order to reach their maximum level of proficiency, professionalism, productivity and success. The fifth one is How To Give A Listing Presentation and it is without question the most important one of all. Here’s another one of my many Tips associated with this particular Procedure.
The Time I Spent Giving A Listing Presentation
As a practicing residential Realtor and listing agent I learned very early in my career that in order to give a very powerful, effective and successful Listing Presentation that resulted in the majority of my sellers agreeing to the Ultimate 4 Step Home Selling Formula from day one I had to spend on average about 2 hours covering most or all of my 30 presentation steps.
Of course they were many times I would spend more or less time depending upon the circumstances. Generally speaking however I knew that by investing on average 2 hours of my time to give an excellent Listing Presentation that it would end up killing 2 birds with 1 stone. First I knew I was providing my sellers with a higher level of service, disclosure and protection. Second I knew that by getting my sellers to agree to the Ultimate 4 Step Home Selling Formula that my commission was already theoretically and psychologically in the bank.
