The 12 Home Seller Procedures
There are 12 Procedures that must be performed properly in order for Home Sellers to be able to sell real estate at the highest possible price and in the shortest period of time and at the same time receive the highest level of consumer service, disclosure and protection humanly possible from real estate and mortgage licensees and other miscellaneous servicing company personnel who assist in the performance of the entire home buying, home selling and lending processes. 9 How To Ensure Processing Is Handled Properly
10 How The Pre-settlement Inspection Should Be Handled
11 How The Final Settlement Should Be Handled
12 How After Final Settlement Should Be Handled
